Pure incompetence

The pure incompetence I've had to deal with. I got a new number that is banned on what's app because of whatever the previous owner did. I followed the prompts on WhatsApp app as instructed and the back and forth automated prompts from customer service is really just...stupid(kindest word I can use) I am not being assisted. When I go to contact support in the app, as instructed it emails them and then they email back saying they don't help over email.. 2024 is almost over for this stupid to stay in 2024.. Even after I send you a video to show that it takes me to an email to send..
