Privacy violated

On Friday 29th June people added me to 2 different groups advertising ***. I have never approved to be added nor am i interested in ***. This is not a type error as both groups where created on the same day.

My details have been exposed and since then I had messages from people wanting ***. There is 400 contacts in total on these groups. I cannot go in and block each one individually. My privacy is my concern and it is being violated.

Stop these people from messaging me.

Take my no off the group.

This is disgraceful

My permission was not asked.
