My account banned for no reason

Bad, bad service. My account was banned for the so called impersonation? I don't know how, when and why. When I contact support they respond with a generic email no help at all. I know something would have triggered this ban but no one is will to come to the party and tell what was wrong. These guys are so useless and I have given up. 0 star rate if I could.
