Locked out of WhatsApp business

I had to transfer my WhatsApp to another phone due to water damage and after installing the app on the spare phone, and entering g my phone number, the damaged phone shows me a message from WhatsApp notifying me that I’m transferring my account to another phone. Once agreed, I was nolonger able to access my account on the spare phone. To retrieve my account WhatsApp would send a code to my other phone via WhatsApp, but that phone the WhatsApp has also now refreshed back to the welcome to WhatsApp screen. Now I have to wait 72 hours before I can access my WhatsApp business account. This is shattering and effecting huge problems for my business. They say they have tried Cali g me and failed but the number they say they theirs calling starts with the wrong dialing code +1 whereas I am +27. They also say they have sent me a text message which they have not. This is a big problem.
