HOW?

A page I owned "Shepherd Professional Mangement" supposedly posted something that went agains community standards on the 21st of October 02:14 in the morning. I never posted anything on this page and now my Facebook and WhatsApp is being blocked without any reason or opportunity for me to even explain??? Now my WhatsApp is also blocked...Doesn't make any sense...
