Hacked WhatsApp and no WhatsApp support

My mums whatsapp account has been hacked and the hacker is trying to get money out of people. The hacker has coverted the account into a business account and multiple people have reported this account, emails have been sent to WhatsApp support for help as well but they just do not respond. I have managed to get a SIM swap done and have flagged the number, not to allow any SIM swaps unless you go into a branch. I have been trying to get the number verified, the call method has failed, miss call method has failed and the sms method has given multiple delays. Now the verification code is being sent to the hackers whatsapp profile and I am unable to get a verification code. WhatsApp is not assisting to blocking the business account or deleting the whatsapp account. There is not call center to assist with these matters either.
