Bad service WhatsApp no response to reports

My contract cell phone number was blocked I have sent emails from last week Friday to date no one has contacted me still not able to use my WhatsApp and all my stuff is missing I have also sent emails to support at WhatsApp no help please can someone help to have this unlocked I paid for service and loosing out I am very disappointed in WhatsApp
