Exceptional
Impressed beyond belief, from the getgo the team was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The contract is paperless which made it really easy as every step is functional and user friendly Yes there was some time delay for the delivery which was beyond their control, yet they kept us in the loop and they were able to meet our time constraints. they arrived early, was organised, and planned ahead. The communication through out the day Was just tops! The layout of our dv box is just wow, the work is neat and tidy and would highly recommend to anyone! It was exceptional service, i am excited for the journey ahead

Excellent Service from Bongani : Wetility Support I had an issue with the battery for my Excellent Service from Bongani I had an issue with the battery for my solar system, as it had stopped charging, and Bongani was incredibly helpful in assisting me with the problem. From the outset, Bongani demonstrated a high level of professionalism, technical knowledge, and commitment to customer service. What stood out most was his willingness to go out of his way to assist and ensure that the issue was properly understood and addressed. His knowledge of solar systems and the possible causes of the battery not charging was exceptional. He was able to explain the issue clearly and provided practical guidance throughout the process. It was evident that he genuinely wanted to help rather than simply provide a quick answer. I really appreciate the time, effort and patience he put into assisting me. Bongani is a true professional who takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile.

Very disappointing
I have had this installation for nearly 1 year. I have been with out power for multiple months on end having to rely on eskom since my inverter does not work, had batteries fail, inverters replaced and still the units underperforms. Logged tickets go weeks and months with out reply and promises are broken regularly. I am given the same reply when they do get back to me saying its Eskom over voltage causing it and i should contact Eskom. I laugh at this. If this is a know problem then why not do something about it. The app is incorrect most times and i am sure i cant trust what it is saying. I have now come to Hello Peter to let everyone know that in my opinion dont get involved.

Worst Experience ever shame
you guys do not even deserve a star, my installation was done on the 05-09-26 .from day one i had issues with this system, first the battery installed was faulty , then a tech came to replace it. by date now i have spend twice on electricity purchases, i have been in comms with Rochenda and the Engineer but nothing has changed, i logged tickets over tickets. at this point i wish i went with the other company for my solar . as Wetility is the worse i really regret ever joining you guys!!!!! Highly unprofessional and worst customer service.
I have been with Wetility for a long time now, been a very loyal client to them from the beginning - but unfortunately a few months ago we experienced some technical issues which they sent their team to come "fix". Instead, they accidentally put a big hole in our ceiling, which they assured us they'd have fixed immediately. It's been months of following up and they still have not bothered to fix it. They constantly promise to address the situation yet ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done. Their customer support has been revolting and I genuinely could not recommend them less. You'd think a company like Wetility would have more regard for their clients!
