Worst Service Ever!!!

I had a hit and run incident with one of WWIB's clients and was instructed by them to not communicate with their client or driver in question and only communicate with them. They gave me a claim number and and its been more than a month now and till this day, I have not received any feedback on the matter. Ive called and sent numerous emails but to no avail and yet my car is still not fixed and I refuse to fix it through my own insurance as it was not my fault.
