Westwood insurance theft of premiums

We had a freak storm that has caused much damage at my home in bluff. The damage was caused to the roof and internal structure of the home. My dstv fish even was out .I documents and photos submitted to Westwood insurance brokers but I paid for damages but not reimbursed to date
