was sold water loss insur by eThekwini Mun.<br> Suggest by them -claim UG pipe leak.<br> sent me Westwood claim form.<br> Submitted claim Aug 2015.over R 9 000.00 over 2 mnths as per bill.<br> rec respon frm Westwood, with ref, claim being processed &amp; ethekwini acc protected till claim resolved.<br> I continued paying normal acceach month.<br> Sent mail to Westwood &amp; eThekwini in Sept 15, Oct, Nov, Dec and Jan 16 req status of claim.<br> Was informed each time claim being processed.<br> Mail to them Early Feb not responded to by either.<br> Mon, 22nd Feb was disconnected by Ethekwini for non payment.<br> R 9 808.63 arrears and R 2 357.43 due at the end of Feb.<br> EThekwini says no comment on system about claim so amount is due.<br> Now say, claim paid by Westwood for amount of about R 170.00- balance is now due.<br> The Westwood form eThekwini gave me req, email, home &amp; cell no.<br> NOT ONE OF THEM CONTACTED ME TO INFORM STATUS OF CLAIM.<br> Nobody can tell me what criteria used in calculating claim payout.<br> eThekwini referring me to Westwood &amp; Westwood not responding.<br> This ****-run by Westwood &amp; eThekwini is collecting dues 4 them every month from unsuspecting ratepayers.<br> <br> I want claim re-assessed... Or ou
