Westwood insurance brokers should not be administering water loss claims

We are short term brokers as well and the level of service from Westwood is far below what it should be. We have had an outstanding water loss claim since 30/01/2023 we have follow up regularly with them as well as the municipality. Westwood will take no responsibility and keep telling us to follow up on a claim they are mandated to administer. most recent call is today with the same response.
