Westwood Insurance brokers - didn't sort out my water claim - 3 months gone by

hello Peter , please assist

I have had a claim for water loss at my premises on the 10 April 2022. I have filled and submitted claim forms with plumbing slips and cost of repairs to Westwood insurance brokers. To date which is 3 months later Westwood insurance brokers have not gave me any feedback regarding my claim . there is no credit yet given to me on my water account at eThekwini. Yet I pay a monthly insurance for water loss .

hi Westwood has not communicated this to me as yet.
is there a board that monitors insurances etc that i can report westwood too to get assistance .
