Westwood Insurance Brokers

I filed a third party claim with them in early February after an accident with their employees ,and the experience has been incredibly frustrating ,Despite my constant follow ups , I have not received any updates about my status of my claim and I am still driving around with a damaged car. The customer service has been terrible and no one seems to care about keeping me informed or resolving my issue, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend based on this experience.
