useless insurance company

In 2013 a logistics truck from SMR Logistics smashed into my Taxi on the N3 in harrismith. My vehicle it is now written off. Since then I have to pay the driver of the Taxi a full salary as he is unable to work. All claims were submitted to Westwood Insurance brokers in 2013 with all the documents they required. Due to the impact of the truck it struck a traffic police vehicle and then my Taxi killing 3 people. To date 15/12/15. I have been given the run around on the claim. I have had to make numerous phone calls and send countless emails to have them pay me for my vehicle. But every time I get told the person dealing with the claim is never available. I have had my fare share of having to endure this pain caused by one of their clients. They never seem to find my claim and when they do they tell me that my attorney has sent them the wrong documents, I have had to deliver them to their office in DURBAN of which they then advised me that they will start moving on with the claim. If this matter is not handled in the next few days I will be taking it the Ombudsman and I will also take it to court and sue Westwood Insurance Brokers for damages of pain and suffering, extra costs it has
