Third party claims declined my this broker

HP Logo Write a review I try to claim for third-party claims because I was crushed by the Durban line transport bus on 21 April 2021,the incident was reported to EThekwini municipality and the directed me to this broker, which is play with me, don't want to pay for damages because the driver said I'm the one that colleded with the bus, what happened the bus was moving downhills of Denis shopstone road on chestville ext 1 while I was move up the hills, I sew the bus overtaking the stationary car on the opposite direction and I stop my car to allow the bus to pass clear but the driver fail to pass clear and cause to scratch my car on right hand side, the driver did agree to go to police station and after that run away, I try to claim for third-party claims but the insurance requested independent witnesses which I did provide but later on, I was told that my story and the witness story is the same so they will not accept the witness, I must provide with another witness, which to me shows the dealing method this insurance using to stop the process, I will like to get feed more information on what to do next to prove my case on this insurance. I'm so disappointed on this business insurance behavior.. My claim number is 2***
