Third party claim nightmare! Company dishonest

My brand new vehicle was rammed into, a month after purchase, by a bakkie insured by a company represented by Westwood Brokers Insurance whilst stationary.

The car that hit mine is a company car. Ive engaged Westwood Brokers Insurance and was advised my claim results would come back in 3 weeks. We are at week 6 with a ton of ignored emails, empty promises as well plain deceit! Ive asked numerous times for rhe broker to tell me who they are representing so I can escalate- and am asked to engage them only. To date- I do not know who they are representing although that is my legal right! My car is rusting at the back as I await a result I have no idea as to when it shall be attended to! Taylar Gilbert has made an absolute fool out of me, giving me dates and not following through! I am so upset!
