Total *******. I had incurred a water loss in excess of R 10 000. Insurance only paid out R600. Their feedback was that there has been no loss incurred despite me sending through my monthly statements showing my usual consumption vs the month of the loss consumption. Municipal bill clearly shows consumption amount with a detailed breakdown. Not sure who analyses the claims but surely they have no clue what they doing. WILL NEVER RECOMMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY INSURANCE.
