Westville Veterinary Hospital uncaring, rude and money greedy

On the 24 June 2023 I told my female German Shepherd to Westville Veterinary hospital for treatment as she could not move due to a stiff neck. The receptionist Lynn was rude as I also had my 5 month old pup with me, she shouted at me to watch my pup as he only sniffed a tray with treats. She thenshouted for me to take my pup outside because he barked. When my husband asked the Dr doctor for her name the other ladies at reception said" typical of them". My husband and I was so concerned about our sick baby girl. The doctor that treated of dog showed no sign that he will do everything possible to help her but rather asked how did your come to this decision. When asked to see our baby, we had to wait. When we final saw our baby she could not breath. We told the doctor we can't see our baby going like this. The doctor advice us to put her down. As hard as the decision was we had to put her down. The doctor then sent a lady with a speed point machine to make payment before we even got to say goodbye to our baby. I don't understand why they didn't give my dog oxygen. All they after is money. They do not care about our fur babies. I would never go back or recommend anyone to Westville Veterinary hospital. They are absolutely useless. A bunch of good for nothings, uncaring, and only after money.
