The worst possible place you could take your beloved animal

Took our money for our beloved cat promising his cremation. Asked us to choose his box only to tell us the facility that they sent him to for rabies testing - even though we told them countless times that he was an indoor cat and does not have rabies, would not be able to return him, he came back negative as we already knew he would and we were told they already disposed of his body.

They have made an already traumatic experience of losing our loved one 10x worse. From the lack of communication to the lack of empathy and knowing that they had the knowledge that we would not get him back yet they strung us along for two weeks ignoring our calls. Our biggest regret is bringing our boy to this facility - we now have to carry on without having our beloved cats ashes with us. Shame on you all.
