My bird took ill on Saturday night and when I called they did advise me that they do not specialise in birds but they would do all that they could to assist. She was there overnight and was treated by Linda Reynolds the following day. Linda was exceptional! She gave the best possible care to my bird and provided feedback on her health throughout the day. Thank you to Dr Marcel and Dr Kirby for taking care of my little one. Really impressed with the customer service as this was my first visit there. Highly recommended
