Cruel show no empathy

I was referred to Dr Reese at Westville Hospital from Silverglen Vet due to my dog being diagnosed with a malignant tumor. I had all the bloods and biopsy already done as well as xrays. I made an appointment took my dog there, was told to sit in my vehicle they will fetch the dog and call me for consultation. I waited outside while Dr Reese allegedly took pics of the lumps and was told the surgeon is not in and they will show him pics they took and get back to me the next day. Its been 11 days since and no response inspite of me calling and asking what treatment is available all i get from reception is they will ask the doc and call me back. My point my dog has cancer he is in agony with pain he cannot sit or sleep comfortably all of which i did tell the doctor. WHY THE HELL ARE YOU A VET if you are this cruel and heartless to make an animal suffer with no regards to his well being. You took R1050 for a 5minute consult i hope taking money and not giving a damn makes you sleep better at night. You a horrible person in the wrong career. Pathetic hospital very biased because I saw how different people get different standard of treatment. Your white customers are allowed to walk in the hospital we was not allowed to get off the vehicle. I am disgusted at this day and age this is still going on. Do not go to this hospital or these doctors its all about taking your money. If you love your animal go elsewhere.
