Bad service at transvaal secunda

I'm not happy with the service I got from them, I went to transvaal secunda on the 15th to get help regarding my car's mobilizer and they said they could help but I have book for appointment of which today the 27th was available, well to my surprise after 8 days 7 hours of waiting they couldn't help because their system doesn't work on the old mobilizer, by old I mean my key is not the 2in1. I was so angry I still am and I just took my car to someone who fixed it within 20min. The problem was just a fuse. What I hate is the fact that they judged my car based on the kind of mobilizer I use and they didn't even make an effort to check other possibilities except reprogramming the old mobilizer and my car is still under warranty. I'm not happy at all
