Zero rating

i was at clicks in westgate i wanted to buy Byers Bear Easter egg which were reduced on the shelves, whn i got to the tills they were showing a different price then nomfundo called the supervisor to override, the supervisor wasn't wearing a nametag so i didnt get his name said it was an error therefore he wont override ,i asked for head office number i was given the store telephone number which according to me he was insulting my intelligence, why would you give me store telephone number unless you know wht you are doing is wrong because the price i saw, was the price i was prepared to pay. Clicks is a massive company it won't close down its doors because of overriding the incorrect price
