Woolworths suck!

So yday I had a horrible experience at the above-mentioned store, just for a mere exchange for shoes I waited more than an hour to be assisted, the store has a fowl smell, the management uneducated, and the worst by far Jaques Levitt the most horrible wanna be clothing manager and Busi, both of then spoke down to me not as if im a loyal customer, I choose to shop at woolies coz of quality, but as of yday I'm officially gonna stop I was treated like ******* the store manager Abdul was in the store but not once came to my rescue, my four year old son was with me in order to fit the new pair I would've purchased but in fact I refused to even take a gift card, the argument was coz it was purchased with the credit card I could not get my money back, which was never my intention, but coz of how I was treated I've decided I'm no longer their customer, this was in five the second pair of takkies I've returned in a span of two weeks, I dnt know where the quality is gone too, illaam the superior came to try and assist Atleast 40 min into the argument with the cashier and merge cashier tried in vein to get hold of any type of management but to no avail, I want management to call me and set things straight with me, I was treated so badly and I still feel depressed, coz this all happened infront of customers, Jaques Levitt dnt belong in that position as well as Busi, please deal with them Woolworths, and I need some kind of apology from u guys today still, before I go further, yday I was forced to purchase against my will by giving me a gift card with my own cash, I know my consumer rights, the only reason I eventually left was coz my 8 month old bby was left home, I rushed to fetch my 4 year old son at creche to fit his new shoe which he doesn't have coz their boys kids range is pathetic, I spent an hour and a half in that store for a gift card, I need someone to give me a call asap... ***
