Poor Westgate center managent

Westgate shopping center managent is a joke. I had an emergency where by my 7 months pregnant girlfriend that had discomfort in her tummy called me, I then parked on the disability parking since I did not know how severe the situation was on to find my car clamped. So does that mean West gate shopping center does not cater for pregnant women or emergencies? Normal people and people working at the mall park there but nothing has been done to their cars. I also experienced ****** from the white guy from management at the scene
