Pathethic customer service from Westgate Mall Mitchells Olain

Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint against the Management of Westgate Mall, on Wednesday 14 August 2019 around 10:30am my father went to Standard Bank inside Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain. He was there for approximately 20 minutes when he returned, he had found that his vehicle was broken into – the ignition removed and passenger door was broken open with a heavy duty tool and some of his belongings ******.

On Friday 16 August 2019 I called the Centre Management and was referred to the Manager Wade Stuart to inform him of what had happened, during the conversation I explained my story and he asked me to call him back as he was occupied at the time, with that being said I asked him to take down my details and return my call which he committed to, to this day I have still not received any call or feedback from him advising the way forward

I am disgusted in the customer service and lack thereof that I have received as a regular client at the shopping centre. I would like to know what precautionary measures shall be taken with regards to the security of that shopping complex as there are no boom gates or any means of security to put into place. There were numerous cars that have been ****** prior to this incident as well
