Going the extra mile,delivering customer excellence

I was recently admitted to Hospital,with undiagnosed condition.Upon my discharge I received a script for medication.I went to Medirite at Westgate mall.They did not have the required stock and I was told to return the next day.I received a call stating that I must come and collect my medication.I stood inline for 20 minutes,during this time I called their landline 7 times , no one answered.I eventually cancelled my prescription and contacted Westgate Pharmacy.A gentleman,named Ryan,answered my call.I explained my predicament and Ryan assured me he will get the balance of my medication and deliver it to my residence.Ryan constantly stayed in contact,and my medication was delivered to my residence,the following day.Ryan went the extra mile ,always professional,returned my calls and most importantly he was willing to listen to me.It is seldom that I experience this type of professionalism and service commitment.I will only use this pharmacy, in future,it seems that the staff are like family members and this speaks volumes with regard to their employer.Happy employees deliver customer excellence.Well done Ryan,you are truly willing to go the extra mile.Always friendly,courteous and professional.You deserve a Bells after lock down.
