Complain about local choice pharmancy

The service wasn't good at all, on the 4th of this month i visited local choice pharmacy at westgate mall cape town, I have a Trolley with me then i asked them if is allowed to enter with it, they said yes i must just leave with them they going to watch it i left the trolley with them with three plastics inside (2 plastics are from Shoprite and 1 from RFO with makarm plastic inside, Okey i do so then continue go in they attended me inside the clinic, they when i got out one plastic is missing which Is RFO, i ask them they said they don't know who took the plastic and i asked for CCTV footage they said they are busy with the customers they can't give me cctv at that moment and they took promising the going to call me, i waited for 3hours in that mall no call nothing, i came back to them they said they still busy they can't chech CCTV, i went to office manager of that mall complain about this, the security of that goes on Pharmacy asking what happens, then came back to me they said they going when they checked CCTV footage, i waited for five hours on that mall from 1 to 5 o'clock without help, i decided to go home because it was getting dark outside, untill today I'm waiting for their call i lost my plastic just like that. I will never ever be a customer of local choice pharmacy anymore and i don't recommend to anyone. THANKS
