Xenophobic acts at Western Union

My partner went to Western Union Westgate branch to take out money he had received on behalf of a family friend. The lady that assisted him decides to be difficult the moment she has his passport in her hand and realizes that hes of a foreign national, she starts telling him of how he can't actually take out the money on behalf of someone else and what makes the matter worse is that the family friend was also present in case some sort of issues arise. She told him that she can't help him therefore he should go to Travelex, the problem there was that my partner didn't have proof of address on him. He decided to go back to Western Union and got assistance from someone different who now showed my partner that he's been blocked in the system but fortunately he did see what happened earlier with the lady, unblocked him and proceeded as normal.
