western union-OR TAMBO...Horrible!
i went to the Western Union in Or Tambo to receive money but i was told to bring Proof of Residence. fine, i went and brought back my Foschini monthly statement. The teller, Idah Ngwenya disappeared to ask her supervisor. She came back and told me that i should email my statement to her because she is not allowed to take a printed one but that Document is allowed according to FICA regulations, where does it state that i need to email the document before i get assistant??? And then her supervisor tells her that I should go to American Express!! I was treated like a ********, yet non-residence can get assistance without drama. Its disgusting!!!!
