shut down western union kempton square

At least 3 times, I've been to this branch as I live in Kempton park. First time, it was to receive money. The lady agent tried bring difficult regarding my proof of residence which was my latest rental invoice, and which, by the way, I have used numerous times at other western union branches. She said thy required proof that I actually paid the rent!!! I raised havoc and she finally gave in. Second time, all I needed was info on a currency rate.... a simple enquiry! I was asked to fill in a form. In other branches, they gladly check and give you the info. The third and very last time was yesterday. I went in to send money. The male agent studied my proof of income, which was my bank statement!! He started questioning me about my finances!!and refused to process my payment!!! I am so livid.... I went to the OR TAMBO branch this morning and was assisted without any qualms... these people seem to make up their own rules. I live in the area yet I would rather use other branches than that one. I am not the only one complaining, that I know... so, either train and change your staff at that branch or just shut it down. we are not begging!!! It's our own money we are sending and receiving
