Short fall of R4703.82 WHY????
Please help me understand? I send money to my wife using Western Union, Villagio Mall,Qatar, for her to receive at Western Union, Westgate Mall, South Africa. The amount my wife had to receive was R87 000.00. Amount send in Qatari Riyals was 24260.00 QR x 3.60 = ZAR87 336.00, exchange to USD 6551.61. Upon receipt of money in South Africa, the assistant suggest that she rather tick \the gift"block"
