RUN FOR COVER GAP INSURANCE

<p>I have had gap Cover for over three years and co payment cover for 8 months, as i honest;ly thought I would be covered, according to their advertising, they covered the difference between medical aid rates and specialists costs. What a laugh, right up until you want the money they are all helpful. I Dealt with Marelize Goosen of Insuremed who now says it was a non PMB admission (IT MEANS IF YOU ARE NOT DYING AND NOT AN IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY YOU ARE NOT COVERED even if the initial claim one week ago was an emergency) I had to look that little piece of information up on the internet. and therefor it is not covered, but nowhere in her advertising does it state this. And now she says it is the broker Charmaine Bester from OPTIVEST responsibility.
