Reply to Western Union's contradictory response
In reply to Western Union's response to m previous review:How interesting. I received a direct mail from Julia, OP ID JRA, Executive Resolutions Team of Western Union on 14 January 2022, evidently in contravention of the policy stated in the above response, to which I rep****, providing all the requested information. Clearly the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at WU. To answer Hello Peter's question whether I would recommend WU - No, absolutely not. The business being conducted is between me and my client, WU is merely a conduit for payment (clearly a useless one). I will forward the above response to my client and agree on a more efficient method.
