Refusal to pay out money

I first tried to register with western union two months ago to retrieve R400 sent from the congo. However my passport, drivers licence, ID book, Discovery medical aid, speeding fine and best of all the bond for my house all were not accepted as proof of residence.<br> <br> So calming down enough I tried again today, after spending over an hour to register with western union it was done. I was asked to go to the counter to collect my money. I was then told there is a problem that needed a signature from a supervisor.<br> <br> The lady came back without the signature and also told me that I would not be getting my money as the name the sender used and mine don't match.<br> <br> The names do match she used my first and surname, But Western Union seem to think that because my ID has my first then two middle names and then my surname that I am not the person.<br> <br> I answered all their security questions and provided all the relevant information they asked for.<br> <br> They have refused to help all day and only keep telling me that the sender now after two months must make the 2hr trip to the western union in Brazzaville to change my name.<br> <br> she speaks French I speak English so cant even explain to her.
