No service after an hour of waiting

I went to Festival Mall Absa today to collect money from Western Union, there were 3 of use in the queue that needed to complete forms for them to assist us. I had my ID and proof of residence as required. I waited for an hour and they only have one person assisting. It is month end and this can only be done in my lunch hour. She took so long to assist one person that we all ended up walking out. Its very annoying as there aren't Western Union's in every Absa but when we do go to one that can assist we do not get assistance. After an hour of waiting and had to leave I walked out without getting the money that was sent to me. I am sure there is a way to speed up this process in order for people to get the service \you offer". This was a matter of urgency but due to no urgency on Absa's side I can only go back tomorrow."""
