Made me a fool and back chatted insulting words

I went there to recieve my money and consultant advised me of my old proof of address, she den made me a fool and said I shud go to next door at the bank and get bank statement,wen I came back she told me it's closed and I ddnt even spend morethan 2minutes fetching my proof of address, I then asked her but why Dd she make me go to the bank -as attached here she was rude to me ... I'm sure the cameras will show.and as attached here is the picture wen they wer assisting another customer. In fact every time wen I use western union I hv the same problem with the same grl , their records will show
