GETTING BLOCKED FOR NO REASON AND WORST SERVICE

I am from one of the Western Union branches in South Africa to receive money and to my surprise i am blocked and i don't even know why i got blocked. I asked the consultant she was really not of help and she told me the person that blocked would have to be the one to unblock me and my question is what if the person is no longer working for Western Union and she told me in that case there is nothing Western Union can do. This has to be the worst service ever from Western Union to even get blocked for no reason does not make sense to me. I went to their official Face book page and everyone is complaining for getting blocked for no reason. Had i known this before using i wouldn't have used WU this is the worst service ever.
