False advertising,bad service

I went to Western Union Eastgate on Saturday, my whole day depended On receiving from W.U , so I checked the operating times before I left home. I got to Western Union at 2:14, the sign on the door said \open' the lights were on and I could see a gentleman sitting behind the counter,I tried to open but the door was closed. I knocked & waved & signaled for assistance & he just sat there looking at me,..he didn't approach. Or say why it was closed at 2, instead of 5 as stipulated. It ruined my whole day.Thanks!!"
