Different Country Different Rules

My husband tried to send me money last week using Western Union and on the completed from from his side it says home country currency ZAR, only to find out that in South Africa it has to be US Dollar.

There has been no way of drawing the funds and for him to cancel the transactions it will take a month. He will not be in the Country he sent the funds from in a month and no reference number was given for the cancellations.

This is VERY poor customer service and I am very disappointed that the systems have allowed for him to do the transaction to a currency the country does not accept.
