To whom it may concern<br> <br> I am really shocked at the service at the Western Union in Randburg Square, i walked in the at 12:10 there was one guy who was already being assisted by one teller ...who seemed to be the only working considering there were 3 cubicles in total without any tellers..in as much as i understand being thorough and accurate I walked out at 12:50 and she was still busy with the one guy and all the other cubicles still empty ...need i mention that there was the cleaning lady mopping <br> <br> I'm not sure what kind of business they are running but clearly not one in the service industry.
