closing the branch earlier than its operatinghours

On the 3rd i arrived to this branch at 16h17 and the branch was closed, today on the 4th November I arrived at 16H11 it was closed again, I asked to speak to the manager and the guy who didn't have a name tag said there is no manager by western union, he said I'm must **** off and if I'm not happy with the service I must call head office and see if I will win or not, outside it's written that they close at 16H00, so why are they closing early and they don't respect their customers, who uses valgar language and swear to the client and make him or her a fool infront of every one, the guy has bad attitude towards customers, I'm really not impressed with the way how they handle things, I had to ask for 2 consecutive days to leave work early but only to receive this treatment, we all respect our jobs and no one is allowed close the branch earlier than it's operating hours, kindly give Me feedback on this
