• The Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) – a ten-digit numerical number
• The sender’s name as it is on the transaction
• The payee’s name as it is on the transaction
• Originating Country/State/Province and the destination Country/State/Province
• Agent/ location name
• Agent/ location address
• Date and if possible, time when incident occurred
