Bad Attitude

I accompanied my cousin who had a stroke on the 4th of December 2018 and she is on wheel chair to Western Union Festival Mall Kempton Park on the 24th of December 2018. We got there at 13.40.

As we were filling in the form, the lady behind the counter said make it fast I want to go for lunch. I said to her I'm helping this lady on wheel chair to fill in the form and she said I'm just telling you.

My cousin said leave it let me go to the counter without the form she will help me like that. She gave her a passport with a permanent residence permit and the lady said she wants the receipt of the ID. Well she was right but we didn't have it. We begged her to help but she refused then I requested to speak to the manager.

She called the manager "on the phone" and the manager said it's fine I authorized her to help you but please next time bring it.

After I spoke to the manager on the phone, she said to me what did she tell you. I said she authorized you to help us then she said tell me what she said then again I said but you spoke to her. Still she said say her exact words to you then I said she said you will give her the money but next time she must bring the receipt.

Then she said in a loud voice that's what I wanted you to say. I said to her you don't raise your voice on me, you spoke to your manager so stop treating me like a school kid.

Suddenly she said I'm not going to help you. I'm going for lunch and go out and wait outside. I got ****ed off and I told her that she will go to much after helping us. Now there was a que of people and she refused to help everyone. Everyone got angry and one man said she did the same to my wife and today I had to come with her.

There was noise then she called security. I explained my story and she said she want to go to lunch. Then the security called for backup and 5 more security guards came. She then changed her story and said I want that lady out or I won't work. The security guards were rude and told me to walk out. I told them I will take it further and she said I don't care. As I walked out she was shouting "Out Out " in a very loud voice.

I left my cousin on her wheel chair at the counter. Still she was refusing to help her. My cousin ended up calling the person who sent the money from the UK thats when she was helped. The person is on wheel chair and she was shaking and begging her but still she didn't care. She is rude and her services are pathetic and i told her I won't rest till this matter is brought to books. Don't work with the public if you don't have customer care. I want justice on this
