ANNOYED !!!!

On the 28 th of April i went to the Western Union at Gardens in Cape Townto send money. The lady politely explained to me what i need to do so. I got the documents , sent the money and happily went on my way.

Yesterday, on the 4th of May i go to the same Western Union to send money and i find two different ladies there. I had the same documents i had on the 28th of April. Yet i acknowledge that i am still using my ****en surname on my ID and this did not match the details on my bank statement, i did bring with me my marriage certificate. They blatantly refused to assist me.

It's not rocket science to match an ID to a marriage certificate. I think staff should be trained appropriately to deal with such issues to avoid wasting customer's time. Seriously!!!!!!!!!!
