Absa don't provide a free antivirus program.
Absa Bank say that they provide a free anti virus program to their internet banking customers, but this does not appear to be true. To install the program, one needs a serial number. Their banking site directs one where to go to get the serial number, but this does not accept ones credentials. I have phoned and emails Absa numerous times, am promised someone will contact me, but they NEVER do. It's been months now, and I am still trying to get a serial number.
