Customer Service lacking.

Although my last actual service had 0 issues, it is the second service in a row where my service book has not been stamped.

I got a ratings call, where i was asked if there was anything I wanted to bring to their attention. I told them about my service book not being stamped. I was then informed that the service provider would call me to sort this out......

As I am here giving my 2 star rating (should probably get 1), its safe to say, I was never contacted.
