Zero Response after numerous calls and emails
Hi there,

I requested a settlement letter from Collection Services, where I dealt with Rebecca Kleynhans on 18 March 2015. I got the settlement amount from her eventually, after I had to phone back again and again...then I sold my vehcile and the dealership paid the full settlement amount on the same day, 18 March.

I immediately sent Rebecca the proof of payment, but there was NO REPLY. On 31 March, newrly two weeks later, I emailed her and three other people from Wesbank who I had previousely deslt with and still NO REPLY!

I requested the paid up letter via the online system and sent a request to the service email address...and still NO REPLY!

I have in the mean time received the latest statement and sure enough, it reflects the settlement amount paid, but it states payments are still due...pathetic!

I am immigrating soon and this has now been more than 2 weeks without any reply...

It is interesting that Wesbank will harass you wit hourly sms' , emails and phone calls (even phoning my family members) when we were only a few hundred Rands in arrears and yet, now they can conveniently remain silent and not assist with my query.

Please sort this out. Thank you.
