Zero Customer Service/Satisfaction
Shocking service ! So incredibly frustrating to be South African striving for customer service excellence in my own field, only to experience such poor customer service from a South African service provider. Zero feedback, zero follow up - just ZERO F@&*s given for customers. I am sure Wesbank employ staff who are capable but I am yet to meet any !!! Quick to take your money - Slow to deliver. DO NOT DEAL WITH WESBANK
